OH MY GOODNESS... that dog is so cute! I don't know why you would want to take him out of the picture?! ;) The couch looks a little odd where the puppy once was, but at the same time the couch could have more of a "freshly sat on" appearance. Either way, I really do like your picture.
nice job. that's a difficult tone to match, the solution makes it look like the fibers have been brushed a different direction. I had a lazyboy that did that.
