First I found an image of a cinder-block wall and then used Edit > Transform > Perspective/Skew to adjust them into a block shape. Then, I found some hat and some dude in a suit and threw those under it. I used masks to remove the surrounding environments for both of those images. Finally, I made the image grayscale.
Also, here's my previously un-submitted "a little something extra" assignment.

There's a lot of things I did to this image, but essentially I used the clone tool to add the glasses/nose/cigar onto the monkey's face, then I painted over the nose/cigar with black and white on a blended layer to try and match up light sources (though it didn't turn out that well.) Finally I painted some cheesy smoke and messed with the curves to create an interesting looking color scheme.
