My process was pretty simple. I used the paintbrush tool with a few different brushes to draw over the image. I have no idea how the paintbrush actually selects the width of the strokes so I I also had to go in and manually adjust the anchor points quite a bit. Also, I added the shading in the leaves/under the pumpkins using the pen tool, because the paintbrush wasn't liking that task. Finally, I brought the image into Photoshop to rasterize it and save it as a GIF.
